About the artwork

As a photographer, I am always drawn to places where history, nature and beauty come together. The Pont Valentré in Cahors is a perfect example. This impressive 14th-century bridge, with its sturdy towers and elegant arches, tells stories of times gone by, but at the same time exudes a timeless serenity.

At the time of photography, the sky was slowly closing in, giving the landscape a soft, mysterious atmosphere. The light reflected in the calm waters of the Lot river and created a mirror image that looked almost picturesque. The combination of the old stonework, the fresh green of the hills and the colourful flowers in the foreground makes this shot not only a reminder of a historic place, but also a source of peace and inspiration.

This picture is ideal as a wall decoration for anyone who loves travel, architecture or the French atmosphere. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
