Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Melancholic woman on a swing’ by Frank Heinz

This illustration shows a young woman holding the chains of a swing with her eyes closed. Her facial expression is pensive and sad, reflecting a deeply felt melancholy. She is lost in a moment of introspection, as if immersed in her own thoughts and feelings while standing under an overcast sky. The dark, cloudy sky intensifies the feeling of sadness and inner emptiness she is experiencing. Her posture and the way she holds the swing chain suggest a sense of attachment or holding on, but at the same time a feeling of not being able to fully free herself. This depiction picks up on themes of loneliness and pensiveness, inviting the viewer to consider the universal aspects of sadness and self-reflection. The delicate lines and minimalist composition lend the painting a quiet, almost meditative quality.
