Mentha Aquatica is a plant that does especially well in moist environments and is called water mint in English. A photo of water mint taken on the Dutch island of Goeree-Overflakkee formed the basis of this digital artwork. Superimposing that photo in eight transparent layers in Photoshop, each layer rotated 45 degrees with respect to its neighbour, created this lively image with main colours green and purple
