The Monongahela Incline is a funicular on the South Side of Pittsburgh near the Smithfield Street Bridge on Mount Washington. It was built in 1870 and is the oldest continuously operating funicular in the United States. From here you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the downtown skyline.
