An early morning in April on Houtdorperveld, a large moorland near the Veluwe village of Garderen. The sun is just barely above the horizon, but the sky is already colouring beautifully with shades of yellow and orange. This gives a nice contrast to the cooler blue tones of the landscape.
On the heath, a lot of mist hangs between the trees, grass and heather plants. This gives a calm and mysterious atmosphere to the heathland. Such a moment's always lasts only for a moment. Half an hour later, all the mist has disappeared.
