Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.

About ‘Mum Can Dance’ by MichelArt

This work pays homage to the intergenerational joy of life, freedom and togetherness as a family.
At the centre are Mum’s athletic legs, which, together with like-minded people of all ages, rock the disco stage and set it vibrating.
With his extraordinary style—blending detailed, realistic forms with colourful, cheerful and expressionistic hues—Michel playfully brings his ideas to life on paper using traditional painting techniques. ‘Mama Can Dance’ celebrates women, mums and even grandmums who refuse to let anything stop them from filling their lives with lightness and vigour. An emotional gift from children to their active mum or granny – who, as we all know, certainly doesn’t need to be taught how to dance. The picture is a vibrant, eye-catching piece full of energy that lends a joyful, lively atmosphere to any room in a creative home – from the hallway and kitchen, through the living and dining areas, right to the bathroom; wherever it is placed, it is sure to catch the eye.
