Neist Point Lighthouse (Neist Point Lighthouse) stands at the very tip of Scotland's rugged Duirinish Peninsula and forms the westernmost point of the Isle of Skye. The beacon was first lit in 1909 and has been automated since 1990. The outbuildings, once home to lighthouse keepers, are now privately owned.
The lighthouse has been used as a film location several times, in 1996 for the feature film Breaking the Waves and in October 2012 for 47 Ronin.
