About the artwork

It is night in Etosha National Park. The landscape is silent, only the Moringa waterhole near Halali is bathed in warm, artificial light. And then, as if from nowhere, they emerge from the shadows: two rhino mothers with their young. Cautious, alert, but in no hurry. An encounter in the heart of the wilderness - quiet, respectful, almost reverent.

This image captures one of those rare moments in which the hidden world of Africa reveals itself. The scene is interspersed with light and darkness, reflections in the water mirror the action like a fleeting dream. It is not a loud picture - but one that works through its quiet tension.

The composition is characterised by the tranquillity of the animals, the contrast between the golden lighting and nocturnal blackness and the subtle symbolism: life, protection, connection.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
