You take a picture of a flower, a leaf, or some other "natural phenomenon", you copy and rotate that picture several times and you make those copies transparent; what do you get?
Sometimes the result is somewhat predictable, sometimes it is a big surprise.
For this image, a photo of a hydrangea was the basis, but the result is an exuberant neon artwork. Not suitable for lovers of unsaturated colours....
And neon, element number 10, is a noble gas. Hence the title: Noble Neon
