The Northern Lights in Norway painted in abstracted form. Here I used a photo of an acquaintance, I did not see the northern lights myself. I filled in the colours freely to my'n feeling, so more intense than the original colours were.

In my paintings, I use acrylic, watercolour, sometimes ink and often means of applying a lot of texture. I create mostly abstract work, interspersed with more realistic landscapes. Most works are inspired by impressions gained during my travels. Nature is a great source of inspiration for me. By playing with colours, I try to give my work a certain atmosphere and recognisability.
