Wow. Have you ever seen the Oblong-leaved Sundew? During the excursion in the special area De Leemputten (Netherlands), we came across it.
Oblong-leaved Sundew is a genus of carnivorous plants in the sundew family and numbers around 200 species. The botanical name Drosera is derived from the Ancient Greek δρόσος = dew. The sundew lures, catches and consumes insects by a glistening, sticky substance on its tentacles.

Biodiversity is declining in the Netherlands. Extra important that areas like this exist. There, it is protected and almost no people come. I like to show through my photos what beautiful nature there is and that we should take care of it.
Images say more than 1, 000 words. That is why I focus my photography on the nature we have. With my photographs, I hope to inspire people to be more sparing of our nature. After all, there is no 'Plan b' when it comes to our earth.
Do you..
