About "Oisterwijk fens in the morning mist"

About the artwork

Early in the morning, even before the sun showed its first rays, I left for the Oisterwijk woods and fens to be ready in time to capture the beautiful atmosphere of the sunrise.
A soft mist lay like a veil over the water, the tree on the islet reflected like shadows in the still fens, and a magical calm hung in the air.
This photograph captures that enchanting moment when the day awakens and everything seems to stand still for a moment. It is an ode to the beauty of Dutch nature, to silence, serenity and the pure happiness of a new day slowly coming to life.

The colours of the picture are soft and muted, as if breathing along with the silence of the morning. Misty greens of the trees mingle with the cool grey of the mist. Here and there, warm, almost copper highlights of the leaves catch the first light, subtle and subdued. The water reflects everything in a haze of soft pastel shades, a palette of tranquillity, perfectly balanced with the atmosphere of awakening nature.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
