About "Old Forest Trail to a lake."

About the artwork

It is summer 2025 and you are sitting behind your monitor looking out over the wilderness your garden calls, thinking of your own younger years, going to the woods and romping every weekend, and later to the lake. Then all sorts of things come up. I tried to describe these thoughts and visual images in text as an assignment to the Midjourney Ai bot. Since I would like to see something like this as a wall covering, I chose a 16:9 ratio, which then gives a size of 256.82 x 143.93 cm.

What you see is a forest path with pine trees on either side, where the roots have emerged from the sandy path over the years.
The path runs towards a puddle or lake. The sculpture was made using pencil on its English pen paint.

It is a distinctive style, which you can combine, but in this case that was precisely not done to preserve the atmosphere you expect. After enlarging with special software and sharpening in editing software and some further personal adjustments, the specific style in the image was the basis with a personal code during generation, the dreamy image was finally created.

Personally, I would use this image in a living room precisely because of the atmosphere it evokes, a bedroom is also an option.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
