About the artwork

What a great way to travel. Imagine driving over an antique ceiling painting with your vintage car. All the windows open and the wind through your hair and the fresh spring flowers blow right in.
This fantastic scene shows a surreal repetition of three antique, white station wagons. They drive over a ledge of an ancient art painting on a ceiling. A bright white light shines through the many windows of the ancient monument.
It looks as if the shapes have been rotated into three:
the car drives up the ledge, then straight ahead, then down.
Bright blue flowers protrude from the open windows of the cars's. They are the flowers of the Nigella Damascena plant.
The whole is in great contrast to the black background, the cars's seem to float as a result. The tyres almost completely disappear in the black of the background.
It is an absurdist whole with bright fresh colours.
The image has size 2: 1 and can also be used as a repeating pattern.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
