About the artwork

During our trip in Valencia, we had to search here and there to find the right angle to capture this beautiful building on camera. When you're at this building during the day, a person sometimes doesn't think about taking a moment to look at it all from a somewhat greater distance, until that and walk 's evening in the park, albeit without a camera at that time! 's The other day I took the opportunity to photograph it during the blue hour and a reflection in the water, being two for the price of one. Just at that moment before, however, a young lady arrived with her dog and she liked throwing a stick in the water so much that the dog had to retrieve it. So I tried to make it clear in my best language that the water had to stop or else the reflection would be gone...

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
