About the artwork
"Panorama of fluff blown away" is a macro photograph of fluff from a dandelion, which has left the fluff ball and is now ready to move out into the world and find a new place.
The colours in this work are mainly warm, natural, calm colours such as beige, cream and brown.
When taking the picture, I chose a shallow depth of field (only a few number of fluff and seeds). This creates, besides a dreamy atmosphere, a sense of depth in the work. The fluff in the background seems like just blurred lines and the fluff where the focus is are hair sharp and you can even see the barb-like tips on the hairs.
