About the artwork

This is a panoramic image, excellent for wide walls. The source of this image is from the Land Registry's aerial photo dataset of the year 2017. It is a collage of Aerial photos that have been stitiched and post-processed in photoshop. As a result, it has a very high resolution and individual buildings are well visible.

Rotterdam is Europe's largest port city, located at the mouth of the Rhine River in the province of South Holland. Rotterdam is also known for its modern architecture, including the famous Cube Houses and the Market Hall. The city also has many cultural attractions, including museums, theatres and festivals. Besides Rotterdam, many of its suburbs can also be seen in this aerial photo. Such as, Vlaardingen, Schiedam, Maassluis and hoek van Holland.

Rotterdam Europoort is located at the mouth of the Nieuwe Waterweg canal, near the city of Rotterdam. It is one of the busiest ports in the world and plays a crucial role in the European economy. Many goods entering or leaving Europe do so via Rotterdam Europoort. The port is particularly suitable for transporting bulk goods such as oil, steel, grains and timber, but containers and passenger ships also arrive at Europoort. The port is well connected to the European road network, making it a popular choice for importers and exporters. There are numerous companies based at the port, including terminals, storage facilities and logistics service providers. One of the largest companies is the Pernis refinery. Rotterdam Europoort is a major employer in the region and contributes to the economic growth of the Netherlands.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
