Poolepynten is a headland on the east coast of Prince Karls Forland, an island that is part of Forlandet National Park. The headland is named after the British whaler Jonas Poole and has a length of about 1.5 kilometers.
The photo was taken during an expedition trip on sailing ship S/V Northern Lights to Spitsbergen (Svalbard, Norway).
