Early in the morning of Saturday August 13th, the Perseïds were around its maximum peak. After Half past one the Moon had set and darkness covered the land. During three hours these meteors were captured, together with the brightest fireball I ever witnessed so far. Seventeen meteors that probably belong tot the Perseïds and three other of which origin is uncertain. This image is a vertical panorama from three frames. The landscape is shot with the light of the Moon.
