Let me introduce you to a shy hero, the pink sorrel. In May we are blessed here in Central Italy with a wonderful show of pink flowers on this wild growing herb, oxalis debilis. Sorrel flowers continuously until the weather turns cold. The leaves of the plant are also very pretty, the mound of leaves grows and spreads and then this wonderful plant bursts into glorious flower.
