About ‘Pontusval Lighthouse, Brittany, France’ by Adelheid Smitt
Built in the 19th century in the town of Plounéour-Brignogan-plages, the Pontusval lighthouse serves as a relay between the lighthouses of Île Vierge and Île de Batz. Classified as a historical monument, and very picturesquely located, this has made it one of the most photographed lighthouses in Europe.

I got my first camera on my 8th birthday. Now, many cameras later, I have ended up with a 'full-frame' mirrorless camera and my passion for photography has become an important part of my life.
I travel a lot, all over the world, and like to photograph landscapes as well as cities in the blue hour. I hope that my images can inspire you and I would love it if my love for photography can finally make it to your wall.
