About the artwork

I painted these poppies from a memory of a summer morning in nature—you know, that moment when the light is still soft and the flowers have just opened.

I love the contrast between the bright red of the flowers and the soft green of the surroundings. It feels fresh, vibrant, but also a little nostalgic. For me, this work really brings that free summer feeling indoors.

Perfect for those who love flowers with character and a warm pop of color in their home.

Poppies, in the style of the old masters.

Poppies are one of my favourite flowers. They are very delicate flowers, but they grow best in the harshest conditions. This poppy series fits into a country interior, Japandi style, Scandinavian minimalism, boho chic, and Mediterranean natural living.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
