Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Pride of Madeira at Sunset’ by Fotosbymau

The last rays of the day’s sunshine bathe Madeira’s mountainous landscape in warm hues. In the foreground, the distinctive Pride of Madeira is in bloom, whilst behind it the impressive peaks of Pico do Arieiro rise up. The combination of the colourful flowers and the dramatic mountain landscape brings together two characteristic aspects of Madeira in a single image.

The soft evening light creates a warm, almost golden atmosphere. The flowers in the foreground lend the landscape extra depth and draw the eye towards the imposing mountains in the distance. The result is an image in which Madeira’s unique flora and rugged volcanic landscape complement one another.

Pico do Arieiro is one of Madeira’s best-known mountain regions and is renowned for its spectacular views and jagged peaks. The Pride of Madeira, with its striking flowers, is a typical and colourful feature of the island. This nature photograph brings the atmosphere of an evening in Madeira into your home and makes for an atmospheric wall decoration for lovers of mountains, flowers, nature and travel.

An image that evokes warm evenings, breathtaking views and the unique beauty of Madeira.
