About the artwork

This painting, in the style of the Dutch masters, combines the classical beauty of a floral still life with a contemporary and surprising element: a high, sensual heel. The painting centres on a vase of voluptuous flowers, beautifully highlighted by the masterful use of light and shadow. The flowers, with their lush petals and rich colours, seem almost tangible, as if they have just been picked and their freshness is still palpable. Deep red roses, soft peonies and delicate lilies fill the vase, with each flower showing its own texture and shape, subtly shimmering in the soft, golden light that seems to fall through an invisible source.

On the table below the flowers, however, is an intriguing modern object: shiny red high heels. The contrast between the timeless elegance of the flowers and the sensual, contemporary heel is striking. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
