In 2012, I graduated from the Utrecht School of the Arts as a documentary cameraman. Alongside filmmaking, photography has always been a serious hobby of mine.
I try to keep my work as true to life as possible and keep post-processing to a minimum. Being outdoors inspires me; water, the weather, tree branches, grey clouds... but certainly urban environments too. Above all, I want my photos to evoke a certain atmosphere and make the setting of the photo tangible.
