I am a Dutch pattern designer and digital artist, a Certified Zentangle Teacher and since 2018 the owner of the studio Meraki Pattern Design.
Meraki is a Greek word and means as much as creating something with love, passion, and creativity; putting something of yourself into what you do and make.
Patterns fascinate me, just like light and color in paintings. I love working with watercolor and get my inspiration from nature, architecture, and ancient cultures.
