During our road trip through the United States, we had no choice but to take in part of Route 66. We opted for the old part, which took us through sleepy ghost towns and ensured there was little traffic on the road. It gave me a chance to stop the car and take a photo as a long goods train just passed by.
I like photos's that pull your eye along to a point on the horizon and here all the lines come together while still being able to see the Route 66 emblem in the foreground.
