Rode tulpen in een bloembollen veld. De tulpen bloeien in het voorjaar (rond april). Grote bloembollenvelden zijn te vinden in de streek rond Hillegom en Lisse, waar ook de Keukenhof gelegen is. Maar ook in de polder nabij Emmeloord zijn veel velden met tulpen en andere bloemen te vinden
