The skyline of Rotterdam, for years I have wanted to take evening photos there one day, but always didn't get around to it. Coincidentally, I had an appointment nearby, so I parked my car at Hotel New York.
Just to explore the neighbourhood, the view. Made some gangly photos, which I was very happy with. Then went on to experiment a bit with the many lights. That almost had to produce a beautiful bokeh effect. That is the effect of a camera setting that makes all the lights in this photo appear as spheres. This makes it very abstract, because tell me.......you still recognise the city of Rotterdam, right?
