"Round Ball Thistle with taupe coloured background" is a macro photo of a bulb (flower) of a Ball Thistle. This bulb looks very cool up close. It looks like it has all sorts of little flowers on it. These tiny flowers are about to open. Like a Tragopogon and a Dandelion, the Ball Thistle (Echinops) belongs to the Asteraceae (or also called the Composite family). Like the Dandelion, the flower transforms into fluff after flowering, allowing the seeds to be carried away with the wind.
The background is calm, a taupe - beige-like colour that looks very natural and calm.
Because I chose a shallow depth of field when taking this photo, mainly the front small "flowers" are in focus. The further something is behind it, the further it fades. This gives a sense of depth to the work. In addition, this also gives a nice dreamy feel to the picture. If you zoom in on the work, you can see this clearly!
This work could hang beautifully as wall decoration in, for example, the kitchen, bedroom, dining room or just above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office, waiting room or practice room!
