While lying on the beach I captured this sanderling foraging with the help of an old frying pan. This served as a tripod and, as I often do, I thanked the bird in question. The gradient of the light with the calm foreground and the bubbles at the bird's height make this a nice photo the waves in the background also have a role to play without them it would have been a somewhat dull photo. In short I like it and who knows what for you.
