About the artwork

In this photograph, the ethereal beauty of a misty morning in Zwolle is fully expressed. The Sassenpoort, a historic and iconic structure of the city, rises from a sea of mist, like a sentinel of time still shrouded in the mysterious morning grey. Soft rays of sunlight seep through the mist, creating an atmosphere of mysticism and tranquillity that invites the viewer to contemplate.

Inspiration:
This photo was inspired by an early morning walk where the beauty of the city was suddenly obscured by an unexpected fog. The view of the Sassenpoort, emerging almost magically from the mist, was so enchanting that it could not help but be captured.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
