This digital collage with uniform triangles is reminiscent of a pine forest in the snow.
Each triangle has a unique texture that has its basis in hand-printed paper.
Natural materials such as Lupine, fennel, grass and leaves of deciduous trees were used for the hand-printed paper. On a gel sheet, with acrylic paint, the shapes and structures of these materials have been captured.
Using non-saturated colours creates unity.
This work is a technically repeatable pattern and the scale of the triangles can be adjusted as desired.
