Zebra crossing in Shibuya district, Tokyo
Every day, tens of thousands of Japanese and tourists walk across the metre-long and wide zebra crossings. A so-called ND filter takes out much of the light, resulting in long shutter speeds. The pedestrians' movements are captured. They are no longer frozen in time. An abstract image emerges.
