Ships in port moored at the quay The bow of a ship The scuff marks of the anchor chain. The calibration mark clearly visible together with the welds on the metal The beautiful details of a ship's bow The water moving through the bow thruster during mooring The rawness of sea-going ships continues to fascinate me. The spots on the bow and on the hull. Where has the ship been and in which ports. The sun on the skin and the shadow on the other side of the ship and it gives a nice contrast on the rust on the ship's skin. Raw and the port as it is the people working there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbour is another world. The landscape of the port is always changing.
