During a walk in Gouda's old harbour, an old sailing ship lay here. Personally, I like to capture details in the picture hence these mooring lines. Visible are also the spider rag which again adds something to the picture.
The tight ropes are shot in the same way which gives structure to the whole. If you were to photograph the whole ship you might not have noticed these ropes now you can figure out for yourself what kind of ship it is.
