Modica is a town and municipality in the south-east of Sicily and is located in the Free Municipal Consortium of Ragusa in Italy with 53,485 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2023). It is one of the late Baroque towns of the Val di Noto that have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Dieter Meyer was born in 1957 in Hanover, Lower Saxony, and has lived in the Rhine-Main area for 30 years. I have been involved in digital photography for several years and find my motifs on my travels and also at home in nature, currently accompanied by a Canon EOS R6 MARK II.
