In mijn foto's zoek ik vaak naar balans en verstilling. Daarnaast heb ik 'less is more' hoog in het vaandel staan: doordringen tot de absolute kern van wat ik wil 'vertellen'. Ik fotografeer als freelancer voor verschillende opdrachtgevers. Vrijwel altijd op locatie en met gegeven omstandigheden.
Een autonome serie waar ik sinds eind 2011 aan werk is Donker Utrecht; foto's van Utrechtse plekken na zonsondergang.
