A spectacular sunset in Namibia, the country where there are not so many clouds. In a place with unusual trees. Quivertrees or, in Dutch, tubular trees. These are found in southern Namibia.
The trees are in a park with lots of big rocks and is called Giants Playground. This Giants Playground is a park northeast of Keetmanshoop in southern Namibia known for its bizarre rock formations that look like a giant has been throwing boulders.
I was waiting at a small rock point to take in the beautiful cloudscape above the large boulders with the quivertrees in this image. The sky turned a fantastic orange, not only because of the setting sun but also because of the dust hanging in the air.
As time passed, it actually only got more and more beautiful. The trees and rocks standing out like silhouettes against the setting sun at least indicate the place where this picture was taken.
