About the artwork

Step aboard and discover the magic of the Wadden Sea on an unforgettable cruise specially geared towards seal spotting. As the salty sea air meets you and the view over the mud flats stretches out before you, our captain will take you to places where these curious animals like to rest on the sandbanks.

With the gentle swell of the sea beneath your feet, you sail past one of the Netherlands' most special natural areas - UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The peace and space of the Wadden Sea make for an almost meditative experience, which can suddenly be interrupted by a head appearing above the water's surface: a seal! You often see several at once, enjoying the sun or looking around curiously.

During the trip, you will immediately recognise our boat by the distinctive orange buoy that cheerfully follows the swell alongside us - a symbol of safety and adventure. This orange buoy is not only a landmark, but also a favourite photo opportunity for our passengers.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
