Last autumn I noticed these little mushrooms in the grass. They turned out to be Earth Smell Cacti (Coprinus semitalis) with caps less than two centimeters high... When they died, they didn't droop like most cuttlefishes, but the edges curled up nicely. To make the photo even better, I converted it to black and white.
