Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Still life / Vintage, black hand sewing machine’ by Photography art by Sacha

This modern still life is part of a photo series about power sources we used to use. My grandmother made clothes with this black, iron sewing machine. Everything was done by hand, there was no electricity involved. The small, black scissors cut a pink ribbon. In front of the hand sewing machine are two original spools of thread.
