Stilllife of bottle with branches catkins by Ridder van Doorne

In this studio photo, a beautiful still life is presented that combines a feeling of robustness and softness. In the center of the composition there is a solid bottle, with a solid and heavy appearance. Inside the bottle is a branch with white, fluffy fluffy catkins. This branch is the central point of attention and adds an element of tenderness and vulnerability to the whole. The white kittens have a velvety texture and provide a beautiful contrast with the dark bottle. Next to the bottle on the table are two other branches with catkins, creating a sense of balance and symmetry in the still life. These branches repeat the tenderness and softness of the central branch and add an additional element of natural beauty to the whole.

The table on which the bottle and branches are placed is covered with a black cloth. This choice creates a dramatic effect, where the deep black lights up the bottle and branches and enhances their shapes. The black surface of the table also creates a sense of depth and contrast in the still life. The background of the photo is a soft, gray color, creating a sense of calm and serenity. The grey stage forms a neutral background that focuses attention on the bottle, the branches and the catkins. The natural light that enters through a window on a cloudy day provides a soft and even illumination of the still life.
