This photograph was taken in the middle of 'Storm Barney', it was so windy I was propped against some railings trying to stay upright and stay still long enough to get a shot. This is, of course, the Palace of Westminster with the famous Big Ben clock, the seat of parliament and a very popular tourist attraction. It sits at the end of Westminster Bridge. This photo art piece simulates the stormy weather that night. Some people might relate it to turmoil in government but I couldn't possibly comment.
