Colorful and delicious: stuffed gcourgette flowers with mushrooms and parmesan cheese. Zucchini flowers give a tropical look. In the Netherlands you see these flowers very rarely, but in Mediterranean countries they are widely available to prepare them for dinner. Nice picture to hang on the wall in a restaurant or kitchen.
