About the artwork

This close-up shows a flower that almost seems to have escaped from a painting. The heart of the flower is deep brown, almost velvety, providing a powerful contrast to the vibrant colours unfolding outwards. The white base of the petals acts as a canvas on which an explosion of hues is strewn: purple, yellow and green nestle subtly around the centre, like a gentle transition from the dark heart to the lighter edges.

What makes this flower truly special are the splashes of colour randomly but harmoniously distributed across the petals. Flecks of red, blue, orange and bright green give the whole thing a playful, almost surreal look-as if an artist with a brush full of emotion has given free rein to his creativity. The texture of the petals appears smooth but vibrant, with a sheen that makes the colours seem even more intense.

The image evokes a sense of wonder: is this a flower as nature made it, or a work of art trying to capture nature? It is a fusion of reality and imagination, of botanical beauty and human expression

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
