"Sunflower in the light: Warm autumn colours" is a macro photo of a beautiful flower of the Echinacea. This plant is also known as Sun Hat in the Netherlands. In the summer months of July and August, you see it in many gardens in the Netherlands.
This flower has warm orange-brown colours with a hint of (olive) green at the heart as well.
Because of the position and crop chosen, the heart of the flower is central in the photo. The leaves run from this heart to outside the frame. This makes the flower fill almost the entire image. Only at the top can you still see the warm orange-brown colour of the background.
The warm orange and brown tones make this photo give me an autumn feeling, even though it is a flower that mainly blooms in summer!
This work could hang beautifully as a wall decoration in the bedroom, hallway, dining room or just above the sofa! Of course, it is also stunning in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, waiting room or practice room!
