Sunset over the Halkenveen near the village of Grolloo in Drenthe. The sunlight illuminates a large amount of peat grass with characteristic cotton fluff. On the horizon in the background one of the radio telescopes of Westerbork is just visible. This photo was taken in the Summer of 2015

1968. Lives on the edge of the most beautiful city in the Netherlands. Works at the limits of knowing. Photographs regularly since 2000, preferably with a tripod and seas of time. Makes 1000 photos to delete 950 photos. Camping, under the motto of "a holiday without sea and beach, is not a holiday". Drives alternately Volvo and Saab, in the colour black, just like I drink my coffee. Former Canon adept.
