This work shows a complex, fractal structure reminiscent of a cosmic explosion - a supernova as a visual metaphor for energy, transformation and new beginnings. At the centre is a bright point of light from which symmetrical, flower-like forms spread out. The colour palette ranges from blue and green to earthy brown tones, giving the picture an organic, earthy yet spherical effect.
The inspiration came from an examination of natural growth processes and astronomical phenomena. I was interested in how structures from nature - such as root systems or cell networks - can be combined with the idea of cosmic expansion. The picture is not a scientific representation, but an artistic reflection on the interplay between the microcosm and the macrocosm.
I wanted to create an atmosphere that is calm but powerful. The work invites contemplative contemplation and conveys a sense of depth, change and inner movement.
