Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Taormina’ by Bas de Glopper

From a high vantage point in Taormina, you look out over a sun-drenched roof terrace towards the endless Ionian Sea. The terrace is surrounded by lush greenery, with set tables, a cheerful blue-and-white tiled floor, terracotta parasols and round lanterns. Behind it, a narrow road lined with parked cars winds its way down the slope, typical of this Sicilian coastal village. Cypresses and dense trees slope down towards the sea, which stretches calmly and glistening all the way to the horizon. To the left, the soft yellow façades glow in the warm light of late afternoon, whilst in the foreground a few out-of-focus leaves catch the sun.

Taormina became world-famous as the setting for the second series of *The White Lotus*. This photograph captures exactly that feeling: summery luxury, Italian relaxation and the promise of a long evening at the table overlooking the sea. A print that instantly transports you back to your holiday. Looks lovely in a living room, kitchen or dining room.
